What We Need From You
SignsThatSellHomes.com invites you to register and to begin enjoying our
services today! We know that selling real estate is hard work so by
taking a minute or two to register now you will save time and ensure
accuracy later on.
We have created an online work order form that will send you a copy of
whatever you ask us to do. Any information needed to fulfill your work
order can be entered on that form. Filling out as much of the form as
applies to your order helps us to service your signs in an efficient and
timely manner. Please verify that your information is correct. If there
is an error you can email us and we will try to ensure that it is
corrected before installation. We have a 1-800 and a local number as
well for your convenience.
We will send you an itemized invoice by email for the month your work
orders arrive in. We appreciate payment within 30 days.
We have an inventory list of posts and signs installed as well as
current information regarding them. Registered clients can access their
inventory at any time. You can review your inventory and advise us when
you would like a rider installed or have your sign removed.
We will be inspecting every post we install at least once per month
however things can happen between visits. If you notice your post or
sign is in less than tip-top condition just login and send us a
maintenance order. We’ll happy to handle it on a priority basis.
